DVDS - We ship out our DVDS three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

DVDs are shipped out FREE OF CHARGE Media Mail or First Class Mail. There is no tracking number offered on this mail service for DVDS.

MASTERS PACKAGE - Our complete Masters Package also has FREE shipping but is sent out USPS Priority Mail worldwide. It normally takes 48 hours to prepare and ship the Masters Package. Tracking is available for this package and you will receive an email with your tracking number the day it is shipped out.

PATTERNS - Our Premium Patterns are sold thru our shopping cart and sent to you at no charge via download. There is no tracking number on automated pattern downloads.
